MATERNAL BISPHENOL-A'NIN SIÇAN BÖBREK GELİŞİMİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bisphenol-A is an estrogenic chemical used today in the production of epoxy resin and as additive other non-polymer plastics. Due to widespread use BPA today, human exposure inevitable. This causes harmful effects on various body systems. The aim this study investigate development kidneys offspring mother rats exposed during pregnancy lactation, a result being through placenta milk. In study, 13 adult Wistar albino female were divided into 3 groups. Group 1 (Control group), only administered ml/kg/day corn oil intraperitoneally. 2 (25 mg group) 25 mg/kg/day BPA; (50 50 intraperitoneally for 5 weeks. At end experiment, intracardiac blood kidney tissues taken examined urea, total protein, creatinine, TAS, TOS, MDA values. it was determined that increased serum creatinine protein levels, induced formation reactive oxygen species causing oxidative damage tissue, caused serious structural damages such narrowing Bowman's space renal corpuscle rats, dilation proximal, distal tubules collecting ducts, cell loss tubular epithelium, vacuolation.
